The pull-down menu of Personal Internet Banking’s navigation bar fail to pop out. How to deal with it?
This could happen when your "Internet Assistant" or IE browser automatically intercept the information. Please try the following two methods: 1) Select "do not intercept the ads in the website" by clicking the ad inception button in the Internet Assistant tool bar; 2) Select "Permit the stopped information" by clicking the interception prompts.
