ICBC Global Market: FX Market Update - October 15, 2018
 

The dollar index rose 0.21 percent to 95.221 against a basket of currencies on Friday as global equity prices rebounded from this week's rout and robust Chinese export figures soothed worries about its trade war with Washington. The euro fell 0.27 percent to $1.1562. Against the yen, the dollar was up 0.03 percent at 112.19. The euro is expected to meet resistance and support against the dollar at $1.1636 and $1.1360 respectively, while the dollar is expected to meet resistance and support against the yen at 114.74 and 111.88 respectively.
