ICBC Global Market: RMB Interest Rate Market Update - September 27, 2018
 

Liquidity remained loose balance on Wednesday. Overnight repo rates inched up around 1 bp at 2.5744 percent, and 7-day repo rates rallied around 14 bps at 2.9548 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds closed down in steadied trading. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 2.98 percent; 5-year T-bonds fell 1.5 bps to yield 3.465 percent; 10-year T-bonds slid 0.5 bps to yield 3.675 percent. Yields of financial bonds ended lower in stable trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank shed 1.75 bps to yield 3.0875 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank were down 4.5 bps to yield 4.03 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 3.25 bps to yield 4.235 percent.
