Recently, in Survey of the Best Employers for University Students in China sponsored by ChinaHR, ICBC was honored as the “Best Employers for University Students” for its solid brand image and recognition among employees.

According to an official with ICBC, the Bank recruits nearly ten thousand college graduates each year through the integrated campus recruitment system, which provides a large number of stable jobs for the society while providing an extensive development platform for young students. Also, ICBC has endeavored to build a human resource management system with distinctive features, such as a good working environment, complete remunerations and benefits system, stable employment relationship, multi-channel career development and promotion mechanism and personalized training system. In recent years, by leveraging its Groupwide strengths, ICBC has been committed to developing a diversified, integrated and international business platform to provide consistent help to employees for full exploration of their potentials and value. Based on the corporate value of “Integrity Leads to Prosperity”, it has established a stable, honest, pioneering and enthusiastic team-working environment. Also, special training programs for young employees are developed to improve the accelerated growth mechanism and access for outstanding young employees. Besides, ICBC has attempted to fulfill its social responsibilities. In 2016, it launched the targeted recruitment plan for college students from low-income families to provide jobs for 1,000 college students from low-income families within five years to support the employment and social/economic development of poverty-stricken areas.

As the earliest, largest and most influential employer brand survey in China, the Survey of the Best Employers for University Students has been implemented for 14 consecutive years. The survey is aimed at current and former college students. Nearly 400,000 people responded to the survey.
