I. Overview
The Account Manager is the category-specified account management service provided to corporate customers to meet their need of account fund management and business management of different modes.

II. Target Customers
1. Customers not allowed to open more settlement accounts according to policy or financial regulations, yet having a need of earnings from deposit.
2. Customers not allowed to open more settlement accounts according to policy or financial regulations, yet having the need of flexible interest earning and account-specific payment.
3. Customers not allowed to open more settlement accounts for its subsidiaries according to policy or financial regulations, yet having the need of account-specific management on various funds of its subsidiaries. 

III. Features
Flexible management on different deposits: The customer can manage different deposits with only one settlement account without opening new bank accounts.
Category-specified fund management: The customer can conduct account-specific (card-specific) management on all fund flows of different types, at different times and involving different receivers/payers without opening new bank accounts.
Convenient subsidiary management: The customer can manage the routine fund or special fund of many subsidiaries of different levels without opening new bank accounts for such subsidiaries. 

IV. Functions
1. Deposit service: The Account Manager enables simultaneous processing of the demand deposit, time deposit, call deposit or agreement deposit of different accounts (cards) under the same settlement account.
2. Settlement service: The Account Manager enables daily settlement of master account and subsidiary accounts, including cash deposit/withdraw, transfer and remittance, time/call deposit/withdrawal, application for wealth management product purchase/redemption.
3. Fund management: It allows the customer to conduct multi-layer management on the fund in the master account through the master account, subsidiary account and lower-level accounts.

V. Documents Required
1. Original and copies of applicant's valid identity certificate
2. Applicant for RMB Account Manager and Service Agreement of RMB Account Manager
