Can password be reset in non-local outlets for RMB debit cards such as Money Link Card, e-age Card or Elite Club Card?

Yes. Please take your valid ID documents and bank cards to any outlets, local or non-local, to reset your password as long as the account has not been reported loss.
Note: Beijing Branch has different rules.
