The dollar index, which tracks the U.S. currency against six major rivals, fell 0.81 percent at 98.105 on Tuesday, as weaker-than-expected U.S. housing data in April suggested recent economic slowdown and raised concerns about the pace of interest rate hike by the Federal Reserve. The euro is expected to meet resistance and support against the dollar at $1.1170 and $1.0870 respectively, while the dollar is expected to meet resistance and support against the yen at 114.90 and 112.10 respectively.
