Liquidity eased later on Thursday. Overnight repo rates fell around 13 bps at 2.8564 percent, and 7-day repo rates dropped around 27 bps at 3.2133 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in brisk trading. 1-year T-bonds yields inched down 1 bp at 3.39 percent; 5-year T-bonds declined 0.75 bps to yield 3.5625 percent; 10-year T-bonds were down 0.25 bps to yield 3.625 percent. Yields of financial bonds diverged in heavy trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank sagged 1 bp to yield 3.69 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank firmed 0.5 bps to yield 4.15 percent; and 10-year bonds gained1 bp to yield 4.24 percent.
