1. Credit Officer of Personal Loan:

Job responsibilities:

·To provide consulting and introduction on personal loan products, and to accept loan application and collect necessary documents.
·To be responsible for the completion, accuracy and authentication of the documents; To conduct due diligence and enquiry the creditworthiness of the applicant; To conduct interview and onsite investigation; To express investigation conclusions.
·To Prepare Legal Documents (Letter of Offer, Loan Contract, and Mortgage Agreement) for signing after loan approval. To process the Hypothec registration on title deed.
·To Monitor and inform customer on repayments; To Detect any warning signs of an impending problematic accounts. To assist the supervisors for the existing and new loan customer. To check the securities whether they are legally applied to prevent the risks in the case of defaults.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree or above on Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications.
·Familiar with local real estate market.
·At least 2 years work experience in related field with the banking job
·Good verbal and written communication skills in English and verbal and/or written Chinese Mandarin.
·Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
·Computer literacy.

 

2. Corporate-banking Relationship Officer

Job responsibilities:

·Assisting to develop banking products sale and enhance the bank market share.
·Responsible for corporate customer sales and involving researches; Identifying potential customers to propose financial service schemes; Timely managing customer demanding services and complaints.
·Conducting customer research and market analysis.
·Well performance within team for daily working tasks; well-coordinated partner with other involved teams; effectively perform other department-assigned duties.

Requirements:

·Diploma or higher degree in Finance and Banking or other related professional qualifications.
·Sufficient knowledge in market awareness and customer network.
·At least three years experience in banking credit and other related fields.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledge of verbal and written Chinese mandarin.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative, flexible, self-directed and cooperated team player.
·Computer literacy.

 

 

 

3.Internal Auditor:

    Job responsibilities:

-To dynamically optimize the annual risk assessment model, reasonably assess the Branch’s risk covering credit, market, liquidity, operation, reputation and strategic areas. Thereby to formulate annual audit plan on basis of risk assessment conclusions.

-To perform annual internal audit plans in the full audit cycle which covering risk management and control management to ensure operation’s effectiveness, financial liability and compliance with all applicable regulations published by local regulators and the Branch’s Head Office.

-To prepare and present internal audit report that reflect internal audit’s results and document process.

-To follow the rectification progress of audit findings, urge relative departments to complete the rectification timely, ensure the rectification matching the expected effect.

-To carry out other routine inspection on the Branch’s businesses or operations as required by Senior management or Head Auditor.

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or above on Accounting, Finance, Law and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications.

-3 years working experience as auditor, internal auditor, or engaged in areas of accounting, legal or compliance.

-Good verbal, reading and written skills in English and Chinese Mandarin preferentially.

-Standing on principle, active learning ability

-Good communication and advanced computer skill.

 

 

4.Dealer of Finance Institutional Banking Department

Job responsibilities:

-To be responsible for providing daily capital position;

-To be responsible for inquiring quotation and operating interbank lending, interbank deposits and bond investment;

-To be responsible for maintaining the relation with corresponding banks;     

-To be responsible for setting up account and managing files, monitoring maturity;

-To be responsible for reports related to funding business.

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above and major in Finance or related field;
-At least 1 year working experience of  accounting in the bank, working experience of capital operating is preferred;

-Strong command of knowing English and knowing Chinese is preferred.

5 . Accounting Officer

 

Job responsibilities:

The officer accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities preparing accounts and tax return administer payrolls and controlling income and expenditure preparing financial information for audit compiling and presenting reports, budget, business plans, commentaries and financial statements analyzing accounts and business plans financial forecasting and risk analysis

Requirements:

Education and Experience

Knowledge of accepted accounting or auditing practices and principles
Knowledge of economic principles
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Knowledge and experience of related computer applications, strong Excel skills
Accounting degree or equivalent
Passed through 5 exams of ACCA or more

6.Accounting Senior Officer

Job responsibilities:

The senior accountant is responsible for looking after a company’s accounts, advising managers about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Preparing accounts and tax return
Analyzing accounts and business plans
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Preparing reports, budget, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
Undertaking financial administration
Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
Supervising a team of accounting technicians
Developing and managing financial systems/policies
Negotiating and obtaining finance for other departments
Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure

Requirements:

Education and Experience

Knowledge of accepted accounting or auditing practices and principles

· Pleasant and friendly personality
· Working Experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are accepted
· Willing to work under pressure
· Having driving license is priority

 

 

8. Teller/Remittance Officer

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage daily cash transaction such as deposit, withdrawal,etc
· Process remittance tasks
· Ensure proper data entries and transaction of the product and services provided to customer
· Be honest and responsible
· Must perform other duties as assigned
